Mobile Notary Public- a traveling notary public will drive to you within our service area to notarize your documents. Please complete form or letter (but do not initial or sign), have available the address where we will meet, signers who will be there and be alert and oriented with their original unexpired government-issued picture ID. Signing Agents - notary loan signing agents who are trained and certified by National Notary Association and Notary2Pro who are mobile signing professionals provide document signing services will receive, deliver for signature, notarize and ship back mortgage and car loan documents and applications to and per request of banks, mortgage, title and escrow companies.
Form I9  Verification- I9 notary that will meet with remote employees to verify their ID and complete I9 forms for companies that are out of the area. Remote testimony witness/depositions - witness/swear in, at a court's discretion, remote testimony given over the phone or by video, when a person cannot be physically present in court (usually in another state). Court staff or a lawyer will provide instructions, forms, date, time & telephone number to call during telephone or video court hearing
Safe deposit box witnessing - witness a safe deposit box opening by bank employee and locksmith for non payment of over due safe deposit fees after proper notice has been given or by request of estate attorneys to log description of the contents of a safe deposit box and notarize necessary documents
Document Courier - pick up, notarize and/or hand deliver legal and time sensitive documents. We provide other legal service support to lawyers as requested.
Field Inspections- we perform inspections of property, autos, heavy equipment for insurance and mortgage purposes.
Mobile notary public fees start at $25 and up based on the type of document or form, number of signers, distance (travel fee), and paid parking. Fees for other services will be set as they arise.
We do not have attorneys, escrow officers or financial advisors on staff and therefore cannot explain or advise you on your forms or their contents nor give legal or financial advice. Any questions about the documents should be addressed to a lawyer or the department or company you obtained the paperwork from.
The notary acts as a witness to the signing of forms by ensuring that 1) the signer is the person named in the paperwork and 2) the individual isn't being made to sign anything against their will as much as possible. The signer should be prepared to prove who they are by showing an active (non expired) government issued picture I.D. such as a drivers license, passport or military I.D.
